Frogg Hall with its charming vaulted ceiling bedrooms and beamed reception rooms dates from the 18th Century and offers high quality accommodation. The house is set back from the road within picturesque gardens and grounds of over 1.5 acres. Free range chickens roam the grounds with our pot bellied pig 'chops' in an adjoining paddock. Two spacious, period bedrooms, with double bed and own private bathroom. The rooms are accessed by a separate staircase making them totally private, they can be let individually or as a family/friends suite. The rooms are non-smoking and have good quality, comfortable beds with crisp cotton bedlinen. Organic & Local: All of the food we serve is top quality local and/or organic. Vegetarians catered for. Special dietary requirements and evening meals available on prior request. The guests have their own private section of garden where in the summer months they can eat 'Al Fresco' if desired. There is central heating and Wi-Fi access throughout the house. Ample parking. Residents have full and private use of the cozy & comfortable beamed snug with inglenook fireplace, DVD player and Sky TV. A selection of magazines are available and newspapers can be ordered on request. 
Villa Farm is set in the open countryside in the village of Bressingham, close to the picturesque market town of Diss. Surrounded by open fields and sitting in five acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and large pond, home to many fish, chickens and waterfowl, this makes an ideal setting for a most relaxing stay whether you are in the area for pleasure or business. For those with a passion for fishing, we can offer private fishing from our two large landscaped ponds stocked with coarse fish. All rooms are individually decorated and have a king size bed with either an ensuite shower-room or private bathroom. They are centrally heated and all have colour TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryers and a clock-radio. WiFi access available. Rooms are finished to a high standard, very spacious and look out over the gardens. Our rates include a delicious Full English breakfast served with free range eggs from our own hens. We are ideally located for exploring what both Norfolk and Suffolk have to offer. Close to the world famous Blooms of Bressingham Gardens & Steam Museum, Banham Zoo, Snetterton Racing Circuit and the historic city of Norwich with excellent shopping. The market town of Diss also offers many independent shops with a wide variety of restaurants, pubs and cafes. Unfortunately we are unable to cater for children or pets and we operate a non-smoking policy throughout the house, however a designated area is available outside. All rooms are on a cash only basis for payment please. 
Lord Mayors Cottage is 15th Century property situated in 1 3/4 acres of beautiful grounds backing on to the river Lark in the village of Barton Mills between Newmarket and Thetford Forest . The rooms are situated in a seperate wing of the house with a dedicated dinning room and have wifi, dvd, tv, tea and coffee facilities and overlook the gardens. We encourage our guests to make use of the grounds, where they can enjoy the Woodland, Formal and Secret Gardens. Our family punt is available for guests to enjoy a relaxing excursion along the river Lark by arrangement. We also have fishing rights for those anglers.(we do not accept credit or debit cards)

The Reindeer is within 5 minutes of the A14 giving easy access to Stansted International Airport, Bury St. Edmunds and all destinations in East Anglia and beyond. The Reindeer is in an idyllic location for guests travelling through or visiting the area on business or pleasure seeking good food and accommodation in a premier hideaway offering a discreet experience and superior hospitality. 
Relaxing village farmhouse halfway between Stowmarket and the attractive Bury St. Edmunds. Central for East-Anglian business trips and situated ideally for those visiting a wealth of historic sites and buildings. Breakfast time is almost completely flexible to suit the varied needs of guests. An imaginative evening meal is available on request but the village has a lively pub with an extensive menu and excellent service. The village also has a petrol station and a grassy playground within a few metres of the house. There is plenty of private parking. Orchard House cannot take payment by card so cash or cheque is requested.
